Two Indian tribes are seeking approvals for proposed casinos at the I-15/Lenwood Road intersection/home to The Outlets at Barstow, that would each bring +/- 1,000 construction jobs and 1,000 permanent jobs that would stimulate extensive retail development in that area, therefore an additional need for housing.
The property consists of two adjacent level parcels zoned medium density, adjacent to one of Barstow's nicest apartment projects.
